I began the cattle operation in 1972 raising registered Simmental Cattle. My son now raises the cattle with my assistance.
Our cattle are never implanted with hormones to promote growth. Nor are any antibiotics ever fed to them and no feed is used that contains any animal by-products.
No pesticides have been used on the pastures or hay fields since I have owned the farm in 1972. Additionally, no chemical fertilizers have been used for the past 10 years.
Our focus is on feeding young intact bulls which produce meat that is tender due to their fast growth and young age, and leaner than that of steers.
The cattle are pasture raised until ready for finishing and then supplemented with a light, mixed grain ration.
My beef is Federally Inspected and I will gladly refund your money if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
