Olive Branch Beef Co.
This grower uses synthetic fertilizers and/or pesticides.
We raise black angus beef on grass and spring water. Then 90 days before harvesting a steer we begin feeding mixed grains, molasses and TN whiskey mash to reach the point of perfect taste and tenderness. We utilize sustainable/natural methods for managing our farm. One example is acoiding chemical herbicides by using goats to control weeds. And our beef contains no growth hormones.
We also raise free range eggs. Our hens are never in an enclosed coop of any kind – they are free to roam our 40 acre farm at all times. This provides the highest quality and nutrition in our eggs (and makes for some pretty happy hens).
