Colvin Family Farm is a Certified Naturally Grown farm. We proudly raise the freshest, best tasting produce, grown without the use of synthetic chemical fertilizers, insecticides or herbicides. We don’t use seed that has been Genetically Engineered (GE) or that are of Genetically Modified Origin (GMO). We raise our produce right from the ground up using natural and sustainable farming methods with the goal of protecting our health and environment. Our produce is raised in the purest, cleanest surroundings, in one of the prettiest sections of the state—Our 42-acre Farm is located in the corner of Bledsoe County, on Pawhugh Ridge, set right on top of Walden’s Ridge in the Appalachian Mountain Range. Right in the middle of nowhere, right on top of the mountain—that’s our farm! We now have a second and third farm as our boys mature to young men. One farm raises our pork, chicken, and Certified Naturally Grown mushrooms. Our livestock is fed non-soy, non-GMO feed and raised as naturally as possible. Our chickens range on grass daily. Even though we are spreading out, we all live within a few minutes of each other and work together as a family daily. We run CSFM and can be found online and also set up at the market where you’ll find more products (especially baked goods) than are found online. Come on over and visit with us. We’d like to get to know you!
