Our eggs, from our varied flock, range in color from white, light brown, Medium Brown, Chocolate brown, and even Olive Green! Our hens are raised without antibiotics or other nasties. They are fed an organic, commercial feed in addition to veggie scraps and usually get out to range in a fenced area daily. We cannot truly let them free range due to the predators (those darn foxes) in our area. Our eggs have beautiful deep yellow-orange yolks, and to me are so different from store bought. We select the Medium and large eggs to sell, keeping the little ones for our own use. They are packaged in egg cartons that we "recycle" from other companies.

Our Plymouth Barred Rocks free range here, hopefully eating all the bugs they can consume in a day, helping keep our garden pest free, for we don't like using pesticides of any kind. They are supplemented with laying mash, which aid in nourishment. There are no antibiotics, or steroids, plus we are fortunate to have great well water! These eggs are not sized, although we try to carton up the larger ones for our customers, and keep the smaller ones for ourselves. There are times when the egg shells have slight imperfections or odd shapes, but this does not affect the quality of the egg. You may even get one with two yolks! The health interest of you and your family should be a priority, which is directly related to the quality of foods you buy and eat. We appreciate your business and support of the market growers and vendors. There is a lot to be said about buying local, and there is a greater awareness of this today. It can be a lot of work, manually, and hourly, so again, supporting our growers is appreciated.

My chickens produce brown, white and green eggs and are fed with natural and organic products. Their run has to be enclosed due to the openness of our property and the many predators but they are allowed to roam with much supervision.

Delicious free range large eggs from our happy hens. Our hens explore freely on a daily basis enjoying the sunshine and green pastures. We lightly wash eggs as needed and we strive to leave the protective bloom intact on our eggs which helps to extend the eggs storage life and maximize freshness.

Brown eggs from free range, pastured hens. My ladies have a large 1/4 acre area of grass and weeds and trees to roam and scratch in, and are only cooped at night. I do have a rooster, so these eggs are fertile, but I am not selling them as hatching eggs, as they require special handling. They are not certified organic, but my hens are not given any chemicals or antibiotics...and the grass they roam on is pesticide and chemical free as well.

Large brown eggs with orange yolks from happy free range hens on 2 1/2 acres:) stock is limited at this time. The flock is additionally given non-GMO feed. This flock initiated in 2012 and has been annually improved.. Eggs have been refrigerated. We do not use pesticides, antibiotics, or GMO products. We do not use antibacterial soap to wash the eggs.
