Eggs as fresh as the early morning sun, with all of the goodness that nature provides with chickens raised as naturally as possible. There are no pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, or any synthetic fertilizers used in, with, to, for or around my hens. Their food is all plant-based with no animal fat, animal by-products or hormones added to it. The brown shelled eggs are "layed in the U.S.A" by my 35 hard-working Buff Orpington and Black Australorp hens. Each hen has a unique shade of brown and a unique shape to the eggs they personally lay. The eggs have very yellow yolks and they taste delicious - like EGGS! They make everything you cook and bake better. I have even been told that a quiche made with these eggs and skim milk is better than a quiche made with store eggs and cream. My personal favorite so far in baking with these eggs is pumpkin pie! It is hard to describe the difference, but it is super creamy, super good. Each dozen of my eggs is labeled with the date they were layed, so you know exactly how fresh they are. These Farm Fresh Eggs, refrigerated, are excellent up to 6 weeks, and can last longer. Also, wait until they are at least 2 weeks old if you want to boil them. They will then peel much easier! It is a wonderful miracle that God created when He created the chicken to make an egg.
